Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that after June 30, 1974, not more than 300,000 members of the Armed Forces may be assigned overseas.

Declares it to be the sense of Congress that no funds appropriated by Congress should be used after June 30, 1974, for the purpose of maintaining more than three hundred thousand military personnel assigned or home-posted at overseas bases or afloat on a regular basis in the Western Pacific or Mediterranean Sea.
