Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that U.S. Route 219 should be designated as part of the Interstate System.

Makes it the sense of Congress that the State highway departments of those States within which United States Route 219 is located, together with the Secretary of Transportation, should designate, as soon as possible, such route as a part of the National System of Interstate and Defense Highway.
