Provides that the brochure entitled "How Our Laws Are Made", as set out in House Document Numbered 92-323 of the Ninety-second Congress, be printed as a House document, and that there be printed 241,000 additional copies, of which 20,000 shall be for the use of the Committee on the Judiciary and the balance prorated to the Members of the House of Representatives.
Provides that there shall be printed for the use of the Senate 51,500 additional copies of such brochure.
