A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the method of assessment of the financial obligation of each member state of the United Nations.

Makes it the sense of the Congress that the financial obligation of each member state of the United Nations should be assessed in an amount which bears the same ratio to the total budget of the United Nations as the total population of each such member state bears to the total population of all the member states of the United Nations.
