Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the establishment of permanent Peace Ambassadors by the United Nations.

Makes it the sense of the Congress that the President should take such steps as may be necessary, through the United States delegation to the United Nations, to propose to the General Assembly of the United Nations the establishment of permanent Peace Ambassadors of the United Nations as a long-range measure for the preservation of world peace.
