SOAR Act

To amend title 10, United States Code, to provide for an exception to certain provisions of title 31, United States Code, with respect to a flight demonstration or training event of the United States Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron near Pensacola, Florida, commonly referred to as the "Blue Angels".
