Constitutional Emoluments Protection of American Interests Act of 2025
This bill prohibits the use of federal funds (1) at any property or entity owned by, managed by, or under the control of Donald J. Trump; or (2) to enter into any new contract, grant, or cooperative agreement with such a property.
