Providing for certain procedures for bringing debate to a close on any question in the House of Representatives and Senate, and for other purposes.
Majority Rule Resolution
This concurrent resolution provides that the House of Representatives and the Senate may not require more than a simple majority of those voting, a quorum being present, in order to bring debate to a close in such chamber.
