A bill to require the Postal Service to implement recommendations from the Inspector General of the United States Postal Service for improving identification and notification of undelivered and partially delivered routes, and for other purposes.
Postal Delivery Accountability Act
This bill requires the United States Postal Service (USPS) to review and, to the extent practicable, implement the USPS Office of Inspector General's recommendations contained in the report titled Delivery Operations — Undelivered and Partially Delivered Routes (report number 21–262–R23, dated December 16, 2022). The USPS must implement these recommendations within one year of the bill's enactment.
