True Reciprocity Act of 2023
This bill requires the Department of State to submit to Congress (1) a report comparing the manner in which the United States and China treat one another's diplomats and other officials, journalists, businesses, and nongovernmental associations; and (2) a strategy for addressing imbalances in such treatment.
