Countering Mexican Transnational Criminal Organizations in Cyberspace Act of 2023
This bill authorizes the Department of Defense to conduct cyber operations in consultation with Mexico to detect and monitor Mexican transnational criminal organizations engaged in illegal activities such as drug smuggling, human trafficking, or weapons trafficking.
