Cranes of Concern at our Ports Act or the CCP Act
This bill requires the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) to assess the threat posed to U.S. ports by cranes manufactured by certain countries (such as China, Russia, and Iran) and commercial entities in those countries, including Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co. The bill also requires the ODNI to submit a report and provide a briefing to Congress on the findings of the assessment.
