Family Building FEHB Fairness Act
This bill requires health insurance plans offered to federal employees under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program to include assisted reproductive treatment benefits. Covered treatments are those facilitating reproduction, such as insemination, in vitro fertilization, and preservation of embryos.
