To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude from gross income any judgments, awards, and settlements with respect to sexual assault or sexual harassment claims, and for other purposes.
Tax Fairness for Survivors Act
This bill excludes from gross income, for income and payroll tax purposes, amounts received in connection with a claim of unlawful discrimination as judgments, awards, or settlements with respect to assault or sexual harassment claims.
