To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to direct the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis of the Department of Homeland Security to conduct an annual audit of the information systems and bulk data of the Office of Intelligence and Analysis of the Department, and for other purposes.
DHS Intelligence and Analysis Oversight and Transparency Act
This bill requires the Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) in the Department of Homeland Security to conduct an annual audit of I&A's information systems and bulk data, in a manner consistent with I&A's intelligence oversight guidelines. I&A must provide the findings and results of such audits to Congress.
