To amend title 51, United States Code, to exempt from disclosure by NASA certain technical data, and for other purposes.

This bill authorizes the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to withhold technical data that has aeronautical or space applications from the public, including Freedom of Information Act requests, if the data cannot be lawfully exported outside of the country without approval under certain national security laws.
