To amend an Act of Congress approved June 8, 1940, with respect to emergency permits for rights-of-way, and for other purposes.
Blue Ridge Fire Safety Act
This bill requires the National Park Service to issue at least one permit for emergency rights-of-way to owners and lessees of lands adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway, in North Carolina and Virginia.
