To prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from implementing or enforcing a remain in Texas policy.

This bill prohibits federal funds from being used by the Department of Homeland Security to implement or enforce a policy requiring any non-U.S. national (alien under federal law) to remain in Texas after the individual receives immigration parole or is released by immigration officials.
