To amend the Small Business Act to require reporting on additional information with respect to small business concerns owned and controlled by women, qualified HUBZone small business concerns, and small business concerns owned and controlled by veterans, and for other purposes.
Small Business Contracting Transparency Act of 2023
This bill requires the Small Business Administration to report additional information related to (1) small businesses owned and controlled by women, (2) qualified HUBZone small businesses, and (3) small businesses owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans.
