To prohibit the use of Federal funds to hire armed Federal regulatory enforcement officers in certain agencies.
No Funds for Armed Regulators Act of 2023
This bill prohibits federal funds from being expended on the hiring or retention of an armed regulatory enforcement officer for the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, or the Environmental Protection Agency.
