Bolts Ditch Act
This bill designates additional entities (the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District and the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority) that may maintain Bolts Ditch and the Bolts Ditch Headgate within the Holy Cross Wilderness in Colorado.
