To amend title 38, United States Code, to require, as a condition of approval under the educational assistance programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs, that educational institutions make available to eligible persons and veterans digital copies of official transcripts.
Transcript Assurance for Heroes Act
This bill requires educational institutions to, as a condition of approval under the educational assistance programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), make digital transcripts available to veterans (or other individuals who are eligible for VA educational assistance).
