To direct the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information to submit a report on the digital divide and to update the Indicators of Broadband Need mapping application, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to periodically update the Indicators of Broadband Need (a web-based tool that maps broadband availability, speeds, and related information). The NTIA must also annually report to Congress on matters related to the digital divide, including barriers to and trends in broadband access, adoption, and affordability.
