To amend the National Security Act of 1947, to direct the Director of National Intelligence to produce national intelligence estimates on certain effects of climate change, and for other purposes.
National Security Climate Intelligence Act
This bill requires the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to submit a National Intelligence Estimate to Congress every four years on the effects of climate change on national and economic security.
