To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for District of Columbia, Federal Payment for Judicial Commissions, Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure for fiscal year 2024.

This bill limits FY2024 funding for the District of Columbia (DC) Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure. (This commission investigates complaints involving allegations of judicial misconduct and evaluates judicial performance related to DC courts.)
