To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences for fiscal year 2024.

This bill limits FY2024 funding for the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences. (The center works with patient organizations, researchers, and clinicians to develop tools, technologies, and approaches to advance biomedical research and treatments.)
