To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program for fiscal year 2024.

This bill limits FY2024 funding for the Health Resources and Services Administration for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. (This program provides federal funds to eligible metropolitan areas, states, and local community-based organizations to assist with health care costs and support services for individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS.)
