Manage VA Act
This bill establishes within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) the position of Under Secretary for Management.
Under the bill, the Under Secretary for Management must serve as the Chief Management Officer of the VA and the principal advisor to the Secretary on matters related to the management of the VA.
