Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Health and Human Services relating to "Supporting the Head Start Workforce and Consistent Quality Programming".

This joint resolution nullifies the final rule issued by the Department of Health and Human Services titled Supporting the Head Start Workforce and Consistent Quality Programming and published on August 21, 2024. The rule makes regulatory changes to the Head Start Program Performance Standards, including new requirements for staff wages, benefits, and wellness supports.
