A bill to ensure that nothing in Federal law, other than an explicit statement in an Act of Congress, shall be construed to provide an executive agency with the authority to mandate, or implement a mandate, that an individual be inoculated by a COVID-19 vaccine, and for other purposes.
No Forced Vaccination for COVID-19 Act
This bill prohibits any executive agency from implementing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate unless specifically authorized by Congress. This includes a mandate that requires an individual to either receive the COVID-19 vaccine or undergo periodic COVID-19 testing.
