Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to the participation of members from certain countries in the decision-making processes of the International Olympic Committee.

This resolution expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) should remove from the International Olympic Committee Executive Board certain countries that are subject to sanctions for human rights violations and bars such countries from participating in the IOC's decision-making processes.
