Prohibiting the consideration in the House of Representatives of certain bills or joint resolutions relating to Department of Veterans Affairs mortgage loan fees, and for other purposes.

This bill prohibits the House of Representatives from considering any bill, joint resolution, amendment, or conference report that adjusts loan fees under the Department of Veterans Affairs home loan program to provide cost savings for provisions that are not related to veterans housing benefits or the home loan program.
