To amend section 1124 of title 31, United States Code, to establish an Agency Equity Advisory Team, to amend sections 3520 and 3520A of title 44, United States Code, to ensure the use of equity, and for other purposes.
Federal Government Equity Improvement Act of 2022
This bill addresses issues related to equity and providing government services more equitably, including by (1) requiring each federal agency to establish an Agency Equity Advisory Team, (2) establishing an Equitable Data Working Group within the Chief Data Officer Council.
