To amend title 38, United States Code, to require congressional approval before the appropriation of funds for the Department of Veterans Affairs major medical facility leases.
Build a Better VA Act
This bill prohibits funds from being appropriated for any fiscal year for a Department of Veterans Affairs major medical facility lease unless the House and Senate Committees on Veterans' Affairs adopt resolutions approving the lease.
