To prohibit the issuance of licenses or other waivers from sanctions imposed pursuant to certain authorities relating to the conduct of Iran, and for other purposes.
No Sanctions Relief for Terrorists Act
This bill requires the President, before providing specified sanctions relief to an Iranian person that is on the list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons, to certify to Congress that the person has ceased involvement in terrorism.
