To amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require the electronic filing of all public financial disclosure forms, and for other purposes.
Easy to Read Electronic and Accessible Disclosures Act or the Easy to READ Act
This bill requires Members of Congress (or candidates for congressional office) to electronically file their financial disclosure reports. Additionally, the reports must be made publicly available in a searchable database.
