To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to provide outreach and reporting on opioid use disorder treatment services furnished by opioid treatment programs under the Medicare program.
Medicare Opioid Use Disorder Outreach Act
This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to (1) conduct outreach to providers and beneficiaries about the availability of opioid use disorder treatment services through opioid treatment programs under Medicare, and (2) report on the utilization of such services.
