To provide that no Federal funds may be used for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Secure Docket Card Program, and for other purposes.

This bill prohibits using federal funds to establish or otherwise support the Secure Docket Card Program of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
