To require the Secretary of Transportation to develop and submit a report to Congress on recommendations to reduce train noise and vibrations near homes, and for other purposes.
Train Noise and Vibrations Reduction Act of 2022
This bill directs the Department of Transportation to develop and submit to Congress a report containing recommendations to reduce train noise and vibrations near homes and estimates of the costs and benefits of such recommendations.
