Confiscating Corrupt Criminal Proceeds (CCCP) Act of 2022
This bill authorizes forfeited property owned by a Russian or Belarusian national to be transferred to the U.S. Agency for International Development and used to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Ukraine.
