Detrimental Erosion Forcing Enhanced Needs to the Defend the Great Lakes Act or the DEFEND the Great Lakes Act
This bill requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to initiate no fewer than five aquatic ecosystem restoration projects along the shoreline of the Great Lakes to reduce the risk of loss and degradation of coastal wetlands due to shoreline erosion.Introduced in House
