To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand the availability of supplemental benefits to certain Medicare Advantage enrollees.
Addressing Social Determinants in Medicare Advantage Act of 2021
This bill allows Medicare Advantage plans to offer certain supplemental benefits that are currently only available to chronically ill enrollees to enrollees with low-income or who meet other criteria, such as socioeconomic risk factors.
