To prohibit Federal funds from being used to implement, administer, enforce, or carry out programs with respect to digital health passes, and for other purposes.
Digital Health Pass Prevention Act or DHPPA
This bill prohibits federal funding of programs that use digital health passes. A digital health pass is any standardized documentation that certifies an individual's vaccination history to a third party, excluding documentation issued for the purposes of health records.
