To require notification of a Governor of a State if an unaccompanied alien child is placed for custody and care in the State.
UAC State Notification Act of 2021
This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services or the Department of Homeland Security to notify a state at least 48 hours before placing an unaccompanied alien child in the care of a proposed custodian in that state.
