To limit the application of Federal laws to the distribution and consumption of marihuana, and for other purposes.
Common Sense Cannabis Reform for Veterans, Small Businesses, and Medical Professionals Act
This bill removes federal restrictions on, and creates new protections for, marijuana-related conduct and activities that are authorized by state or tribal law.
Among other things, the bill does the following:
