To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to improve access to adult vaccines under Medicaid.
Helping Adults Protect Immunity Act or the HAPI Act
This bill requires state Medicaid programs to cover, without cost-sharing, vaccines for adults that are recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.
