To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for infection control support to skilled nursing facilities through contracts with quality improvement organizations.

This bill provides funds to support the development and distribution of protocols to control COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) in Medicare skilled nursing facilities.
