Online Content Policy Modernization Act
This bill creates the Copyright Claims Board, a body within the U.S. Copyright Office, to decide lower-value copyright disputes. The bill also limits the immunity of a provider or user of an interactive computer service (i.e., a social media platform) for screening and blocking offensive material on the service's platform.
