A bill to extend the period of the temporary authority to extend contracts and leases under the ARMS Initiative.

This bill extends to November 25, 2025, the period of temporary authority for the Department of Defense (DOD) to extend contracts and leases under the Armament Retooling and Manufacturing Support Program (i.e., the ARMS initiative).
