A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to strengthen existing benefits for certain descendants of veterans exposed to herbicide agents, and for other purposes.

This bill makes modifications to Department of Veterans Affairs benefits available to certain descendants of veterans who were exposed to herbicide agents, including descendants born with spina bifida or other birth defects.
